As an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Texas, my practice focuses on preemptive planning. From starting a small business to estate planning — every decision can be a big one.
I’m a family-oriented person, an artist, and small-business founder myself. I know firsthand the anxiety that comes with so many different types of planning. It’s my goal to make sure to always bring warmth and peace of mind in guiding clients as we plan together for different scenarios.
I also provide policy consulting services relating to water and wildlife policy for organizations of all sizes.
Business
Starting a small business is a monumental endeavor and it should be exciting! We can walk through the entire founding process from incorporation to operation, or we can just work on simple contract drafting and negotiation matters.
Estate and Marital Planning
Family matters can be sensitive. After all, no one lives forever; and all marriages end in either death or divorce. Together we can make sure that you and your family have concrete plans in place. We can work on simple wills, more complicated trust-based estate plans, or premarital agreements based on your needs. And of course these plans can always be changed.
Public Policy
My background is in water and wildlife policy, and I’ve become somewhat of an expert on many of these issues. Whether it’s drafting public comments or testimony, prepping and training staff and volunteers, grant writing support, or supporting lobbying endeavors, I’m here to help!
